Crazy dressed up people with crazy self-made vehicles, jumping of a 6 meter high platform into freezing cold water, trying to „fly“ as far as possible…that’s what the Red Bull Flugtag is all about.
400 applicants, but only 46 were chosen to participate in this fabulous spectacle. With no wind and blue sky, the V&A Waterfront was packed with thousands of people, watching the wannabe pilots crashing their constructions, the breath taking acrobatic flight shown by Glen Dell who pulled off some incredible maneuvers above our heads with his airplane, ‘Flyboarder’ Franky Zapata swooshing over the water and the local house music duo Goldfish!
